The following describes the types of personal information we may collect or create in your interactions with the Website. In each case, we have defined the purpose for which we use the relevant personal data and the legal basis for their processing. The GDPR Act sets out a number of legal bases on which we may use your personal information. In most cases, we process your personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
Where this is necessary for efficient and timely communication between us and you for booking / inquiry;
Where this is necessary for the performance of the contract; that is, where we need to gather information to provide the best possible service (name, place of birth, date of birth, contact information, etc.);
Where this is necessary due to the purchase of a service provided by a third party (e.g. accommodation booking, etc.) related to the booking, rental, contract or service we provide;
Where this is required by our legal or tax obligations, including mandatory minimum billing information required by the Accounting Act.
Where this is necessary to enforce one's own or a third party's legal interests, unless those interests are overridden by the interests of the lessees or by their fundamental rights and freedom.
Where this is necessary to ensure the safety and security of lessees.
Where necessary for the legitimate interests we or third parties (including accountants, banking institutions, financial agencies, professional associations and companies that help with audit, project management and compliance with the rules) represent, unless those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedom of our lessees.

We only use the information we receive from Google Analytics to improve our site.
